Make a list

List everything that needs to be packed beforehand so you don't forget any important items. This helps organizing everything and making sure the truck is loaded with everything you need quickly and efficiently.



Have plenty of supplies

Having extra boxes, paper/wrapping and tape might help in case of accidents or miscalculations. If a box get ripped or a tape becomes loose, it shall be a simple fix. Always overestimate!



Utilize wardrobe boxes

Wardrobe boxes are the best for packing your clothes easily and with a small space usage, this ensures that your boxes aren't packed to the trim and you can easily access them in case you forget something important inside such as towels or other essentials items to keep aside when moving. Once you reach your destination, those boxes are easily recognizable and accessible.



Strategize wardrobe box use

While wardrobe boxes are already handy to have, ensure that you're using your space efficiently. Put coats and other thick wear in different boxes, prioritize normal wear(shirts, t-shirts, shorts, skirts, pants) onto it. We also recommend putting another box in the bottom of it containing socks and underwear, everything else should be put separately.



Color coordinate

A marker or a sharpie will do fine, separate your boxes/containers with color code. We recommend you separate it based on the room they were previously in, for example:
For kitchenware and other articles related to kitchen, simply draw a blue line on each side of the box(to ensure whatever side if visible has a color in it, no need to pain the whole box, a small filled circle or one/two lines will do fine), this helps both moving and unpacking once its all moved.
